Conservation Management Plans
University of Bristol
The University of Bristol commissioned AHC to provide a Conservation Management Plan for an unused listed stable block within the University's ownership. This interesting building in Clifton lies within a wider historic site which supports many uses and so required careful and sensitive assessment.
Large educational institute, south coast
Contracted by a nationwide planning consultancy AHC was engaged to assist in the production of a comprehensive Conservation Management Plan for a large, multi-site educational institute on the south coast. The structures we assessed included a large Tudor-Gothic collegiate-style building, a crescent of late- eighteenth-century buildings, a Regency lodge and a range of iimportant 1950s structures.
