About us
As a small and independent consultancy, AHC is able to offer the tailored and supportive advice needed to ensure positive outcomes. We take on both large and small projects, for clients ranging from private individuals through to developers and heritage bodies such as the National Trust and English Heritage.
The core AHC team consists of consultants Prof Timothy Mowl and Dr Carole Fry. Both have many years of experience working in and researching the historic environment. Support from a wider team of associate consultants means that AHC is able to address all issues arising from management and development of the historic environment. The skillset we offer is unique, covering many different disciplines within built environments, as well as historic gardens and landscapes.
Established in 2006, AHC combines a strong academic background with practical, commercial skills. It means that a genuinely comprehensive set of capabilities is on offer.
